The site is blocking your IP, why? Not a clue. It usually stops after a while or if you can change your IP. Unplug your Router/Modem....Restart your PC.....Wait 10 minutes and plug it back in and your IP should be changed and access to the website should be restored.

Some IP's are static, they never change.
