Talking Buying V.I.P Help Please

Hey guys, i was just wondering.. Does the V.I.P Hacks lock to the PC you purchase them from? Or do the hacks lock to the PC when you download it?.

Please get back to me ASAP i wanna pwn..

( I want to purchase the VIP from my aunties house, but want to play from home.)

It will only take effect when you download the hacks, The hacks lock to your hardware in the computer so if you where to change something then the hacks would not work and you would have to either get an HWID reset or change the computer back to the way it was previously.
